1976 - 1978 Mustang Cobra II
A new package for 1976 was the Cobra II. It was essentially a trim option available only on the hatchback body style and included remote rear view mirrors, sports steering wheel, brushed aluminum interior accents, styled steel wheels, blacked out grille with cobra emblem, front and rear spoilers, simulated hood scoop and not so subtle body graphics.The 1976 Cobra II's were all painted white with blue Shelby-like stripes and COBRA II in large letters along the side. Later years offered different color schemes.
